I was able to pull apart the eGo scooter and clean up the inside as well as replace the brushes in the motor. They were pretty much gone and they were responsible for the slowness and lack of power in the scooter. The eGo is supposed to have a 1,500 Watt motor or the equivalent of almost 2 horsepower! It felt as if I was getting maybe half of that. Now with the new brushes, I am getting full speed as well as full hill climbing power now! WooHoo!
